THE PLOT:
A magical land torn apart by a century of civil war. Now both sides must face a greater threat. The magical adviser sets
a plan in motion to let loose the kingdom's sacred Gryphon in order to gain control of it, the kingdom and gain immortality.
A team from both sides of the conflict go on a dangerous quest to find a way to kill the Gryphon in order to slay the
evil wizard once and for all.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
The effects could have been better and I am not sure about the Gryphon design. But I do know I could have done without the
whole century of war thing, it's so FIRE AND ICE. But the cast does do a great job and the plot works for the most part,
so...9 STARS.
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd for the most part, the matting could have been much better and the whole fighting in the team during a quest
got old quick. 8 STARS.
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ CAST (The cast does do a great job.)
+ STORY (The story works for the most part.)
+ GRYPHON (The Gryphon is cool.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- INFIGHTING (The whole civil war and infighting with the team got old fast.)
...AND FINALLY...
- MATTING ISSUES (The matting for the Gyphon could have been better.)
